New Ural Prices

The brand new Urals 4320's 6x6 are around £30,000 - £40,000 depending on all the extras like a insulated cabin/crane/snow plough.

The "New" old stock 375's with a brand new diesel and various modern improvements are much less in price. (I have asked for basic spec on these are seem more viable to people on the forum) I think the airtransportable version is still available.

Two questions:

1/. can the "new" old stock 375's be obtained as standard spec without the mods - what price for either?

2/. what is an air transportable URAL? never seen one! (or do you just need a An124?).

Anything is air portable if you have a big enough plane! The C-17 can take an M1A1 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C-17_Globemaster_III with 7.5 tonnes to spare for a Ural if you like.

That's not a timber truck it's a post credit-crunch missile re-supply vehicle (the splinters are deadly!).

Have you found out the cost of shipping, import duties incuding VAT, cost of registration etc - do they have a certificate of conformity otherwise you will also be subject to an SVA?

Working on that when time and understanding of Russian/English. Shipping should be reasonable to Immingham as vessels going several times a week. CE/COC is an interesting one as the vehicles are already sold in some EU countries and so should be acceptable here depending on the DVLA/VOSA.

I now have at least 8 pics but too PC dumb to reduce them to post here. Advice? :D

Upload them whole to Photobucket or Flickr then use the resizing tool there to reduce to say 640x480 pixels. Then link to a new post.
