I'm pretty sure pipe diameter is bigger something like 10mm on a Ural compared to standard.

I don't know about the Ural, but for the 15.00x21 on the Tatra the tuber definitely are not "normal car" size, I have to use an adapter for that. Standardized valve sizes here DIN 7756, I think I had VG10 where a car is VG6. They are at least 10mm outer diameter anyway, because I cut mine down to M10x1.5, and put standard hydraulic 8L fittings. Perfectly leak free connection, allows me to connect the CTIS with pressed and tested hydraulic hoses rather than some garden hose and a hose clamp.

Otherwise, if you want to replace your valves completely, in my opinion the best option would be to go to "EM" (Earth Mover) valves [url=http://www.tyre-equipment.co.uk/acatalo ... alves.html]Like this[/url. Bigger valves are better, less easy to damage, and obviously way more throughput for faster deflating/inflating.

With the small automobile valves (and with the small one way valve insert inside) it takes about 5 to 10 minutes per bar of pressure per tire to inflate.
