Help please on manufacture year of my zil 131

Hello i am new to the forum and new to zil ownership
I would greatly appreciate any help on finding out the year of manufacture for registration purposes
It was originally a decontamination tanker which i believe quite a few in the uk were
And possibly 1 of the 200 that got imported in to norwich some years ago
I have the vin number starting with an 8
It has an alternator
I havent yet checked starter motor for cover fixings or
Distributor for points
But i can do this over next couple of days
Has anybody any other things to check for help in identifying the age please
And what year do these differences indicate the year to be

I think they’re all on Facebook as it’s extraordinarily quiet these days on here...

I found a manufacturers stamp on the inside of the instrument panel with the quality check date. Other components should have factory build dates on them as well

I started a list of Zil 131 chassis numbers and manufacturerd dates - it is very gappy, but might be able to help - realise it has been a long time since the original post though
