Hi all,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Scott and an Auto Electrician from New Zealand.
I have been looking into bringing in some ex-military vehicle from various sources for a little while now, mainly Land rovers from Australia and the UK but have personally always had a fascination with Russian gear and am very interested in bringing a clean Gaz 66 back to NZ as we don't have bugger all Soviet stuff here if any at all. I think I have all the Registration stuff sorted here and now just need to find a nice tidy and original example at the right price.

Cheers,
Scott

P.S. I love how everyone is keen to help with info and different ways of looking at things, without the agro seen on other forums I have been part of in the past.

Hi and Welcome - yes, we like to keep it friendly on here, can't be doing with grown ups behaving like children.

Probably a bit big but Jonathan at the now closed Tanks for Everything near Christchurch might still have a T55 for sale: http://www.tanksforeverything.co.nz/vehicles.php

If you have any questions please ask away, there's usually someone around who will know the answer!
