hi i found this in my nans garage while cleaning it says some thing in russian i think but is an english box ?????? on the top of the boxits says explosive and something underneath but faded to bad to see i think millard were gun makers? thanks for any help

I would venture a mere guess from someone who does not speak a word of Russian: this box dates back to the early days of the Great Patriotic War when even this country was helping the Socialist Motherland throw back the yoke of the fascist invaders

Hello Mark, the words on the box as far as I can tell refer to items for export and an order number.

Its only a rough idea, perhaps one of our Russian friends on this forum can translate correctly.

Almost correct. В.О. РАЗНОЭКСПОРТ means "foreign trade association "Different [items] export".
