Completely gutted of all running gear and anything to drive it, but still has the 9T218 crane for reloading the tochka rockets.
I was looking at it for my mobile bar plan and fit in wheel electric motors, but my wife doesn't like this truck and thinks I need to hold out for the truck chassis I really want
