It's a GAZ-41 engine(5.53 liter iirc)..
Not listed on the ZMZ site (not a current model I think).
Most GAZ-66 parts will work though. I suggest contacting Oleg Logunov:

I have replaced the points and water pump on mine with GAZ-66 ones. Engine gasket set is mostly the same as well...

For anyone who is having trouble with points I can get conversion kit for $600 usd

A lot cheaper to just get new points when they are worn 
Don't think a BRDM will be driven that much..
I'm not opposed to modern solutions for a historic vehicle though.. replaced the mechanical fans on mine with electrical ones
