Bought a Zil 131 restaurationobject

Post by RowanZil131 » Sun Jan 10, 2021 11:52 am

Hello All,

Recently i bought a Zil 131, a former DDR vehicle.
After a note on facebook Mike (also owner of a Zil in the Netherlands) recommended me to write a toppic here.
So here i am, i already apologize for my English grammar.

My Zil has some work on it, mainly the cabine needs some attention.
The motor, chassis, and shelter are good.

The reason i'm here is that its almost impossible to find spare parts in the NL.
Is there someone here who can help me to find what i'm looking for.

a short list:
Frontpart
2x roofhatch (meganism is still good)
fender front left
sunvisors

ect ect.

Thanks in advance

Rowan Steffens

Hello, welcome to the forum from a fellow Zil owner.

I have used Todor from www.russianspares.com. for spares for my Gaz 69, and I know he does parts for Zil 131.

Last time I looked, sun visors were 60 Euros a pair. Don't know about shipping.

Have a look at ' Suppliers ' section on here, and read other posts about Todor and other suppliers.

Hello again,

I have also used ' Kesovagora ' on ebay. Supplier of spare parts. I will say that shipping from Russian Federation is VERY expensive, nothing to do with seller, just expensive in general.

Hi there!

EDIT: REMOVED THE ENDORSEMENT OF FOURTANKMEN AS THEY APPEAR TO BE A SCAM.

Hope your project goes well!
