Thought we'd get the ball rolling for this as some of us have been talking about when and nothing has been started yet.
So when is good for everyone?
I can speak with Charles to find out when the site at wagtails is available.

I'm pretty much booked up most weekends now until end of September time. If I remember correctly I think the best attended meets were before or after the summer period although the weather is not so predictable then. I'm gonna be struggling to bring a vehicle this year anyway unless I get the Praga gearbox sorted although the Zil only needs a few tweaks...

Hi, I am often busy at weekends, but the truck is in Coventry, not far from Wagtails so I should be able to bring it along for a bit if not the whole weekend. Determined to tackle that ditch this time!

Mid June to end of July I'm busy. But from August, onwards I'm pretty available.
The pot holes here are getting bigger, went for a walk around the tracks last week and came across an L200 stuck on the "easy" perimeter trail.

When I last spoke to Charles he said he can accommodate the forum meet any time, even if there is another club onsite too (though he did say that there are a couple clubs that come which get upset if others are on the track too...)
Anyway, there are a couple of other places we can camp on wagtails if we wanted to mix it up? For example the field on the western side of the road where the stream and river meet.

Oh, and to add that weekend is good for us

Am definitely interested now am happy the Gaz is running ok. Just doing some kitting out inside for Glastonbudget next bank holiday to give it another test run. Looking forward to trying bit of off road as not had chance to try it yet. Is bit of a run from Barnsley but all the better for being on gas now and good to bring norf and sarf together
