Uaz 69 brakes compatibility

I'm working on a Uaz 69 and it needs brake repair. The parts have been cobbled together using forklift brake shoes and some brake cylinders I can't exactly identify. The backing plates have been cut up to make it work and I'd like to undo this cobbled mess. I understand the Uaz 469 has similar brake systems to the later duplex system on the 69.

Will these work other than the bolt pattern on the backing plate?
If not, is there a source for the backing plates? I've seen other brake parts but not those.
