The last two attachments do not show, and the first one is too small to read anything.

I would guess a transfer from the military to some civilian organisation in the DDR is the most likely story. But anything can be of course.

That interests me. How are you going to do that? Straightening I mean. Balancing can be attempted, but GAZ wheels have often been deformed at the stud holes. Just a short update on the above.
Just recieved a message that the straightening of the wheels were succesfull and now wheels are prepped for powdercoating.
I will add a picture of the results here when they are done

They are asking 72 Euro's (incl vat) per wheel for the straightening.
