Mid 70s at the earliest because of details in the uniform. From the front hubs, this must be a GAZ-69A/68. Unusual for there to be only one fog light, but there is evidence of damage to the front grill, so maybe the other one was smashed and taken off for repair. To note that the recovery hooks have been mounted upside down underneath the chassis rails.

Interesting photograph found on Ebay.de It is obviously a DDR radio one. What is remarkable is that it is the first time I have come across the covers of the rear lights for night convoy fitted in place. These are part of the Nachtmarschanlage 74 (NMA 74) that replaced the single Notek light at the front and the additional light unit at the back.

Interesting photo. I haven't seen that before, also never seen a spare wheel cover before.
Merry Christmas.

The stripes etc. indicate that it belonged to the Soviet military vehicle inspectorate. To note the rear view mirror which seems to be attached to the windscreen hinge.

You know the game of how many students can fit in a Mini or a Beetle? Evidently the Soviets played the same game with soldiers and a GAZ-69A

In the DDR (apparently) 1970s at a guess. To note the rear view mirror attached to the windscreen hinge.

Once again for some bizarre reason, photographic evidence of the 2P26 anti-tank missile system on a GAZ-69 chassis is mainly to be seen with the East Germans. Here a rare colour action shot:

From details of the uniforms this can be dated to before '58 or so. Probably both vehicles are Gorky products.

Probably 1950s. those tyres look a touch worn...

this same occasion featured on the front of Armeerundschau September 1970 from a different angle. I would say the splotches are the shadows of the camouflage net.
